LINE CONSTRUCTION AND ASSEMBLY SERVICES DIVISION The Line Construction and Assembly Services Division builds new lines, modernizes and repairs existing overhead high-voltage lines (110 kV, 220 kV and 400 kV). These are mostly single- and double-circuit lines, and in case of 110kV lines - also quadruple-circuit lines. The team employs experienced and specialized assembly brigades, very well prepared for work at heights and closely to active electric power devices. They install, among others, ground wires with optical fibre cables along the overhead lines. All constructions are completed as “turn-key” projects, with application of high-quality specialist technical equipment and transportation vehicles of renowned world-class manufacturers. The Division’s activity includes also the construction and modernization of power cable lines from 15 kV to 220 kV. It employs qualified workers responsible for installation of cable joints and heads, who have valid certificates of trainings completed with leading manufacturers (ABB, PFISTERER, Telefonika). In accordance with currently binding standards - high voltage cable lines constructed by ELBUD Warsaw are environmentally friendly. This Division also offers construction of steel towers from 25 to 90 meters in height, used in mobile telephony, telecommunications or as forest observation towers. |
